We do our printing job on heavy duty HP laser jet printers 9050 series. We have a set up of Variable Data Printing (VDP) at our office premises. The capability of One printer is 100000 pages A4 size simplex in 16 hours (2 shifts).

we have a copy of one of the HP cartridge box that clearly indicates that even they use recycled parts in their cartridges. This is no different then calling it re-manufactured cartridge.

Price factor varies from data to data to be printed; it also depends upon the volume.

We undertake outsourcing printing jobs in-house as well as at customer’s premises too. Before making any contract we make sure that the contract should carry minimum 100000 pages printing per month with minimum of 50000 pages per printer per month.

We at Gajanan have dedicated and well experienced engineers to monitor the in house printing job activities. After receipt of approval of sample data (print) , stationery and the data to be printed ,from customer, we commence our printing job under observation of our skilled team.
Based on volume and delivery date, we manage 2 or 3 shifts to fulfill our commitment at any cost.

If printing job is happening at customer’s premises then we appoint our engineers to monitor the day to day printing activities. We also ensure that the engineers are adequately loaded with extra catridges and spare parts to guarantee an un-interrupted service.
